Terms of Service

By accessing and using SOL Cleaner ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

SOL Cleaner is a decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to close empty Solana token accounts and reclaim rent deposits. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet address
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must verify all transactions before signing them in your wallet

SOL Cleaner charges a 10% service fee on the total rent reclaimed from closed token accounts. This fee is automatically deducted from each transaction. Network fees (gas fees) are additional and paid to the Solana network.

SOL Cleaner is a non-custodial service. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds at any time. All transactions must be signed by you through your connected wallet. You maintain full control and responsibility for your assets.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• The Service interacts with smart contracts and blockchain technology which may contain vulnerabilities
• The value of cryptocurrency can be volatile
• You use the Service at your own risk

SOL Cleaner and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOL Cleaner and its developers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party wallets (Phantom, Solflare) and RPC providers. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or availability of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
